Not just a simple photo...

Irving Penn (1917–2009) was one of the great photographers of our time. He photographed an extraordinary range of sitters from the worlds of literature, music and the visual and performing arts. His portofolio includes photos of celebrities like Truman Capote, Christian Dior, Grace Kelly, Al Pacino, Edith Piaf. So, if on your next agenda you put a trip to London, then don't miss Irving Penn exhibition from National Gallery. It will run from 18 February to 6 June 2010 and after London will tour to Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Rome - from 1 July to 19 September 2010.
